Hokkaido scallops and broccoli(#西兰花炒帶子)


Ingredients:
1 broccoli, cut into smaller florets
Handful of wolfberry
4 garlic cloves, chopped
10 scallops, Cut half horizontally (as we are using hokkaido scallops and they tend to be quite thick)
1 tbsp of cooking oil,
Salt, for blanching broccoli
Half tsp of sugar,
1 tsp of chicken powder
1 tbsp of Shaoxing wine,
1 tbsp cornstarch, add 1tbsp water
1 tsp of Sesame Oil
1tsp white Pepper

Directions:
1. Cut broccoli into small pieces, prepare to soak in water with 1 tablespoon of salt, and set aside
2. In a pot of hot water, add 1 tablespoon of salt, blanch the scallops for 30 seconds and take out to soak in cold water;
3. In the same pot of hot water, add 1 tablespoon of cooking oil and pour broccoli into the blanched water for 1 minute, take out and soak in cold water for later use
4. Add oil to the hot pan and add the minced garlic, stir fry until fragrant.
5. Pour in broccoli, half a spoonful of sugar, a little water, goji berries, and half tbsp of chicken powder, stir and stir evenly
6. Add scallops, pepper, Shaoxing wine, and cornstarch, stir evenly,
7. Finally add sesame oil quickly stir evenly and ready to be serve
