
Easy dish that goes well with steamed rice or on its own.
Ingredients
Pork ribs
1 tbsp Cornstarch
Water
Spring onion and Chilli (garnish)
Marinate:
0.5 tsp salt
1tsp sugar
1tsp oyster sauce
Chinese wine
2 clove Garlic, finely chopped
Black bean (optional)
Method
1. Wash the pork with corn starch amd water until no blood
2. Mix the ingredients listed for the Marinate
3. Pour the marinate mix and 1tbsp of corn starch over the Pork Ribs, rub the marinate all over the pork ribs. Put aside for min. 30mins
4. Mince the black beans (1 tbsp), add to the bowl of ribs, and mix and massage the ribs for 20 to 30 seconds
5. Place Pork in Plate to steam for 25 mins
if chicken.
6. Garnish and Serve.
