Lady Fingers (Okra) with Assam and dried chilli

I enjoy lady fingers alot and I like sour, spicy dishes. This is an easy menu, very appetising and refreshing.

1 tbsp of dried prawns, soak in water
3 cloves garlic, chopped
3/4 dried chilli ( soak in water) or fresh chilli (adjust to preferred spicy level)
2 tamarind peel
2 tsp tamarind paste
1 pkt lady fingers, sliced diagonally. (Put into microwave, 1min to cook it a little)

1. Add oil to pan, add garlic and then the dried prawn. Fry it till aromatic

2. Add tamarind paste and 50ml water. Turn fire up to boil.

3. Once boiling, turn down to medium heat. Add 2 slices assam peel and chilli 

4. Lastly, add the sliced lady fingers. Mix well. Serve.
